About the position:
As a communication specialist, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring strong, relevant and valuable communication about the ambitions, initiatives and advances of Hele Danmarks Klubhus.
You must draw up a communication plan for the duration of the project and ensure its continuous execution across multiple platforms.
You must be able to independently visualize ideas, perspectives, events and campaigns that support the purpose of the project and know how to better reach target groups, both in the choice of stories and platforms.
You will also be responsible for providing professional communication advice, coordinating and collaborating with project partners, as well as with DBU stakeholders in the field of football and other social actors.
You will play an important role in building a culture where constant curiosity leads us to try new strategies and find solutions that can bring about change for children, parents and coaches, with the goal of creating greater well-being and community.
The position begins in April 2026 or as soon as possible. Your base will be at Fodboldens Hus in Brøndby, with activities across the country.
Professional skills:
Experience and training in communication.
Experience in managing independent projects, developing communication plans and publishing on various platforms.
Experience in planning and participating in national events, for example. Folkemødet and Fodboldens Congress.
Excellent written communication, both external and internal.
Preferably, experience in planning and executing major campaigns in collaboration with external vendors.
Experience in some areas, including the segmentation of target groups.
Ability to clearly see complex subjects and materials.
Experience in political environments and management of interest groups, both internal and external.
He has worked closely on communicating with specific target groups, focusing on the relevance and needs of users.
Ability to identify good cases and examples of HDK’s progress and purpose.
You must be able to work for HDK’s management and board of directors and deliver content and materials to it.
In-depth knowledge of the Danish press and its relations with it.
A flawless early childhood education certificate is required for the position.
